I am talking about caught river trouts, that I got from the market. These are small ones, that I can eat without caring about fish bones....

Like sardine sized? Unless you've got a teflon lining for your esophagus, I would still recommend getting as many of those little needle bones out of the meat as possible. Mmmmmm...trout...

I will have sardines today....
Lately I have this urge to eat fish...
It all started when I stopped at small a fish town and bougth 4 pounds of sea fish for about 8 bucks....cleaned and seasoned......

Fish is very good for you... except for the rendered toxic by the local sewage dump.
They're really rich in protein, iron, and... fish eggs based on one experience of mine.
